DAM platform profile
KeyShot Dock (formerly Digizuite): DAM software reviewed
A digital asset management platform for manufacturing and AEC companies, rebranded from Digizuite in 2024, integrated with KeyShot's 3D product-visualization suite.
Verdict
Buy it when 3D renders are the assets and a 55-seat enterprise floor is not a problem.
Buy it if
You are an enterprise (Sitecore/Adobe CC/Microsoft 365-centric marketing stack) that needs a DAM with strong 3D/immersive asset handling (3D previewer, 2D-to-360-degree spin generation), AI-assisted tagging/facial recognition/duplicate detection, brand-consistency portals for external agencies or buyers, and SAML2/OIDC/Entra ID SSO plus a REST API for deep integration into CMS, PIM, and e-commerce systems.
Do not buy it if
You need transparent self-serve pricing you can compare without a sales call, or you need documented CAD, RAW, GIS, or offline-access support — none of these are mentioned anywhere on the vendor's own pages or documentation.
Where it is strong
- An integrated 3D previewer lets 3D product assets be inspected from every angle inside the library rather than downloaded first — Vendor product page (keyshot.com/keyshot-dock)
- AI features named on the product page cover auto-tagging, facial recognition, background removal and automatic image resizing — Vendor product page
- Role-based access control and detailed audit trails are documented, which is what compliance reviews ask a DAM to produce — Vendor product page
- Since Luxion's 2023 acquisition the DAM and the KeyShot rendering suite share a vendor, so renders and their source files stay together — Luxion/Digizuite acquisition coverage, CG Channel 2023
Where it is weak
- Whole review record is 3 Gartner Peer Insights entries and 7 on G2, far too few to reveal any behavioural pattern — Gartner Peer Insights, 3 reviews; G2, 7 reviews
- The 2024 Digizuite rebrand splits the review trail, and G2/Capterra pages titled 'KeyShot' rate the 3D renderer, not the DAM — G2 / Capterra listing audit
- No published pricing; the G2 listing describes subscriptions sized for teams of 55 users and above, quoted on request — G2 pricing listing (Digizuite)
- SSO, REST API and named CMS/PIM integrations are absent from the current product page despite being enterprise prerequisites — Vendor product page (keyshot.com/keyshot-dock)
- CAD, RAW, GIS and offline access are documented nowhere in the vendor's own materials — Vendor product documentation

Reviews, by how much to trust them
Complicated by the 2024 rebrand: the vendor traded as 'Digizuite' on most third-party review platforms until mid-2024, and separately, Capterra/G2 pages titled simply 'KeyShot' (e.g. capterra.com/p/173819/KeyShot/) are for Luxion's KeyShot Studio 3D-rendering software, not the DAM -- these must not be blended into DAM review figures. Verified tier: Gartner Peer Insights lists Digizuite at 5/5 stars from 3 reviews -- too small a sample to be representative. PeerSpot has no posted reviews for Digizuite as of this check (listed as a comparison-only product with 0 standalone reviews); TrustRadius hosts a Digizuite product page but the specific rating/review count could not be retrieved (site blocked automated fetch in this session). Incentivized tier (G2 and Capterra share a common owner since the 2026-02-05 deal -- treated as one source): G2 lists Digizuite at 4.4/5 from 7 reviews (57% 5-star, 42% 4-star); no separate Capterra listing under the 'Digizuite' or 'KeyShot DAM' name was located distinct from the KeyShot-Studio product page. Long tail: no dedicated GitHub issue tracker, vendor community forum thread, or public tender/RFP reference specific to the DAM product was located in this pass; named enterprise customers referenced across vendor and review-adjacent pages include DR Horten, BoConcept, Camfil, Danish Agro, M/I Homes, BMA, EndemolShineGroup, LM Wind Power, JCB, Danske Spil, IFS and NIH.
