The fastest way to reach us is email: support@picajet.com.
What to include
- Corrections — the page address and the specific claim you think is wrong. Corrections are made on the page and the checked date moves with the fix.
- Vendors — what is inaccurate or out of date about your product on a specific page. Placement is not for sale, so requests to be ranked higher will not be actioned.
- Topic requests — the question you were trying to answer when you could not find a good page about it.
We read everything that arrives. Replies to corrections are usually quick, because the fix is the reply.
Frequently asked
How quickly do you reply?
Corrections are handled fastest, because the fix on the page is usually the reply. Other messages depend on what they ask for; a request to cover a new topic may sit until that topic comes up in the schedule rather than getting a promise we cannot keep.
I found an error on a page. What should I send?
The page address and the exact claim you believe is wrong, with a source if you have one. That is enough to check it. Corrections are made on the page itself and the checked date is moved forward when they are published.
I represent a vendor. Can you update our entry?
Yes, if something is inaccurate or out of date — send the specifics and a link to the documentation that supports them. What we will not do is change position in a list on request, because placement is not for sale.
Can I advertise on this site?
There is no advertising sales process at present, and no arrangement under which coverage depends on a commercial relationship. If that changes it will be stated on the page describing how we work before it appears anywhere else.
Do you take press releases?
They are read but rarely used directly. A release states what a vendor wants said; pages here state what can be sourced and dated. Documentation, changelogs and pricing pages are far more useful to send.
Can I request coverage of a specific product?
You can suggest it. Whether it appears depends on whether it fits a question readers are actually asking, and there is no arrangement that guarantees coverage in exchange for anything.
Is there a phone number or postal address?
No — email is the only contact channel for this section of the site, and it is the one that gets read. Anything requiring a paper trail is better sent by email for the same reason.
How do I unsubscribe from updates?
Every update message carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and using it takes effect immediately. If the link does not work for you, email us with the address you subscribed and it will be removed manually the same way. We do not ask for a reason and we do not send a confirmation sequence afterwards.
Do you share the email addresses you receive?
No. An address that arrives by email is used to answer that message and nothing else, and it is not added to any list. The subscription list is kept separate and used only for the update messages it was collected for, which is also why unsubscribing from one has no effect on the other.
Who will answer my message?
The same small team that writes and maintains the pages, which is why replies are direct rather than templated. There is no separate support desk for this section of the site, so a message about a specific page reaches the person who can actually change it. It also means answers are not instant.
