Between the moment an asset leaves the DAM and the moment it appears on a website, in an ad, or in print, there is a step most systems never capture unless they are specifically integrated with the channels the asset ends up on \u2014 a CMS plugin, an ad platform connector, or a manual reporting step.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This matters most where licenses have real limits: stock photography licensed for one campaign, talent or model releases scoped to specific uses, or footage licensed for a set duration.
